     Question:  Can I return my mask for a refund?

 

     Answer:   As stated in the About section, I do not refund orders. However, if you are unhappy
                    with your purchase, contact me within 3 days of receiving your order so we can
                    discuss a way to make sure you are satisfied. Some options include replacing the mask
                    with the same one, or credit towards future orders.
 

     

     Question:  Do you take special requests?
 

 

     Answer:  Yes we sure do! Just contact us and let us know what you'd like and we'd be
                   willing to work something out. Painting options, hairing options, blank finishing,
                   refinishing a mask you have.

 

     Question:  Who are the artists who created the masks prior to finishing? to
finishing?
     Answer:    The people who sculpted these masks are talented and great people, such as 
                     Justin Mabry from Nightowl Productions, Terry Lambert from Cemetery Gate

                     Productions, MMP, Steve Wang, and many others. Contact me if you'd like to

                     get their contact information. These guys are the best in the business
                     and offer amazing masks, props, amongst other Halloween related items.
                     Pulls come directly from official molds JITB and Rubbermugs and are finished by

                     Black Cat Productions.
